Hardware Service

Pronto control products are built to last and known for their extreme reliability. Yet accidents do happen: LCD screens can break, and rechargeable batteries may need replacement after a couple of years to keep getting the most out of your Pronto control panel. Philips has appointed different service centers for all of the Philips Pronto remote controls and panels, both for in and out of warranty repairs. For our latest pronto products, the national distributor where you purchased your Pronto is responsible for service and support. This includes both phone support and hardware service and repairs.
