What is ProntoScript?
ProntoScript is a JavaScript based tool allowing:
- Feedback information from your equipment to the screen of the Pronto control panel, and
- Dynamical user interfaces on the screen of the Pronto control panel. A dynamical user interface allows you to create one page with different submenus without having to use jumps to link pages to eachother e.g. an LED on/off graphical asset, to indicate when equipment is on/off, is incorporated on same page as the controls.
ProntoScript can be added on certain activities, pages or buttons in a configuration file. It is an extra tab in the ProntoEdit Professional software, where a ProntoScript module can easily be merged with an existing configuration.
Standard ProntoScript modules from different partners for single- and multiroom systems are made available to certified installers in following categories:
- AV components e.g. AV receivers and projectors,
- AV servers,
- lighting,
- HVAC,
- BUS systems
